TEAM BUILDING FOR COMPANIES: CAPULETS VS MONTAGUES, A STORY TO DISCOVER VERONA

Bonding is not only at the root of friendship, but teamwork, team building, and group cooperation are also the base for success at work! This is why we at MacacoAdventures firmly believe that the incentive to create a strong team must come from engaging and inclusive activities, but which can also encourage competition, and not antagonism!

So, what place would be better than the stunning city of Verona for people to get to know each other within a company? Verona… this fascinating city, rich in culture, with long held tradition ever-present in its architecture and amazing landscapes.

Two families and two factions collide there: the Capulets against the Montagues, Guelf against Ghibelline, set on the backdrop of Verona still as it was in the thirteen-hundreds.

The exceptional Dante will welcome our group, introducing the game and its dynamics, and the historical context where challenges and games are going to take place. With maps and various tools, teams will embark to discover an unprecedented and unexpected Verona

Between the various challenges, even under time pressure, there will be plenty of opportunities to chat and look around in astonishment: even if you have already visited Verona, you will be surprised by the number of details you had never noticed before!

You will have face-to-face challenges with other teams and you will have the chance to exchange opinions with none other than Dante. And, of course, you will get refreshed and rest in a typical tavern

The activity ends at the top of the most beautiful panoramic spot of Verona: Castel San Pietro. Here the teams meet up again and face the last challenge. Here everyone will have time to talk, discuss and still play together before the winner is announced…

Thanks very much to all participants!
